Got a question? We’ve got the answer.

1. How long does it take a carpet to dry after cleaning?

Our DeepDown™ professional carpet cleaning can take anywhere from two to six hours to completely dry, depending on the fabric, the temperature of the room, sunlight, air and how badly carpets are soiled. Our LowMoistureByFab™ only takes one or two hours to dry.

2. How long does upholstery take to dry?

Again, it all depends on the fabric. Some framed upholstery will be dry before we leave, but some cushions, depending on the fillings, can take up to 24 hours to dry fully. However, we can use fans to cut the drying time in half or better.

3. How often should I get my carpets professionally cleaned?

To keep your home or business clean and healthy with no bacteria and germs and to extend the life of your carpets, have your carpets professionally cleaned at least once a year. Think of it as spring cleaning or Christmas preparation.

4. How often should I get my upholstery professionally cleaned?

We recommend that you get your upholstery professionally cleaned at least once every two years, or once a year if you have high traffic rooms, such as in an office, or if the upholstery gets frequent abuse by children or pets or if the manufacturer recommends more frequent cleanings. This will keep germs, bacteria and musty smells at bay.

5. Do I need to prepare before carpet or upholstery cleaning?

Just make sure your personal things like clothes or toys, etc, are out of the way. Don’t even bother vacuuming – we’ll do it carefully and thoroughly with professional equipment as it’s an important part of our cleaning process.
